Hello~ Crafter Friends
Warmer weather, singing birds and blooming flowers mean that spring is coming. At the fresh start of seasons. Are you preparing to create some spring projects? I believe you can get more inspiration in this colourful season. Flowers, birds, butterflies and green plants are both great elements you can add to your cards, scrapbooks.
What spring brings to me? I will show my good ideas with the following two projects. You can follow me to create the same cards, and also can create your own cards when you reading this blog. I can’t wait to show my projects!
We need to get the Leaves Border and Cute Bird Die and Lovely Sunflower Cutting Die. Let’s look the first one. You will get two patterns of dies, including branches border and a cute bird standing on the swing.
Firstly, you need to die-cut out these patterns and then use marker pens to color these elements. You can use two different colors to create the gradient effect for leaves. Even though I choose the orange, you can choose green to create a more active scene. The orange one will be more fit for autumn.
Then, we need to start to stick these branches to the prepared background paper with double sided adhesive.
Next, the mini swing should be adhere to the card. We choose a good background paper so it help us a lot when creating scenes of cards.
Finally, add the cute bird to the swing place. Yeah! We have create an amazing spring cards already!
I have mentioned that flower will be an essential for the spring cards, so the next project I will show you is sunflower. Many people love sunflower because it always give us positive power, and we will become more energetic, especially when we meet some difficulties. This card is suitable for giving your friends, and family. Anyone do not love this sunflower?
You will not get the complete sunflower pattern because separate dies will be good for colouring different parts of the sunflower. In order to get a colourful projects, we choose two different colours of background paper and we stick one grid decoration with adhesive to the middle place of the card. It create a good country side style.
Then, stick one hollow rectangle die to the card.
Finally, we need to combine the separate parts of the sunflower. You will need liquid glue to help you adhere the petals of sunflower together.
At the same time, we need a bit texture, so the” thank you” word pattern is add to the card. Look! The sunflower project have been quickly finished!
Hope you will like the two projects I recommend to you today. The main purpose of this blog is hoping to give you some inspiration. If you have any good ideas, you can also tell us and we will share your projects with other crafters.
